All CDL employers, owner-operators, and service agents must register and participate in the Clearinghouse.

​

Pre-employment queries and annual checks are federally required for all CDL drivers.

Failure to comply may result in out-of-service orders and civil penalties.

Self-service registration is available through the FMCSA Clearinghouse portal.
