File your MCS-150 now to stay compliant with federal law under 49 CFR § 390.19.

 

All interstate carriers must update their MCS-150 every two years, or immediately when business details or operating status change.

 

Failure to file can result in fines of up to $1,000 per day and deactivation of your USDOT Number.

 

Self-service filing is available through the .gov portal.
