We implement a combination of administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your data. While we strive to maintain a secure environment and follow industry best practices, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. You share information with us at your own risk.

Refunds, Cancellations, and Chargebacks

Refunds

Catalyst offers refunds for services purchased within 30 days of payment under certain conditions. To request a refund, contact us within 30 days with your order number and reason. Refunds are issued only if the service was not delivered as described or was not completed/processed at the time of request. No refunds are issued for digital products or services already accessed or used, or for custom services created specifically for you.

If approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow up to 15 business days for processing. No refunds will be granted after 30 days, or once filings/permits have been processed or used. If missing or incorrect information delays service beyond 30 days, and was not resolved by the customer, no refund will be issued.

If an order is cancelled after initiation, you may be responsible for costs already incurred. In case of pricing or service description errors on our site, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and refund incorrect charges.

During peak season, if a refund request is submitted but not received in time before processing, no refund will be issued.

If a BOC-3 / Processing Agent filing is disputed or cancelled, Catalyst will cease acting as your agent. All related documents received thereafter will be rejected or destroyed, and Catalyst will not comply with DOT or FMCSA audit requests concerning such filings.

Chargebacks

Customers must contact Catalyst to resolve any disputes before initiating a chargeback. If a chargeback is filed without prior written agreement, you agree to reimburse all fees incurred during the dispute. Chargebacks are not permitted for dissatisfaction of the service was completed and on file with the FMCSA, DOT, or applicable state agency. Legal action may be taken to recover fees owed from improper chargebacks.

Cancellations

You may cancel any order within 30 days of placement if the service has not yet been completed or is not in review. Once a filing is completed, no cancellation or refund will be granted. Confirmation emails are issued upon completion but may be delayed; customers may contact us directly for the filing timestamp. Cancellation requests must be emailed to [INSERT CANCELLATION EMAIL PLACEHOLDER] by 11:59 PM EST on the 30th day after order placement. If eligible, refunds will be processed within 15 business days.

Changes to Policy

We may update this policy. Updates will be posted with the last modified date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
